Rooms are big and spacious, but not cleaned very well, we stayed 2 weeks and it seemed like a bother to ask for towels which was sometimes forgotten to replace when they serviced the room but other then the room problems it was great, the pool bartender and activities lady were amazing, room service was also great and security staff! I would go back but prob staff in a different area of hotel.

Princess Heights offered one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had on a Caribbean Island in a long time. If you’re not a resort kind of person, then this condo style hotel is perfect. The front desk staff are so gracious and help with taxi accommodations and restaurant recommendations. Housekeeping was attentive and stopped by daily to restock. Best of all was the view from our terraces- it was absolutely breathtaking and I fell asleep to the crashing of the waves on Dawn beach each night. I will be returning to Princess Heights very soon.
